2008 marks 10th Anniversary of HPNF
For ten years, HPNF has been promoting quality in end-of-life care specifically through funding in the form of research and educational grants as well as scholarships to nurses who practice in the specialty of hospice and palliative care.
Nurses often take the lead in promoting quality care of patients with life-limiting illnesses. Many of these nurses bring to their work degrees, certification, education and research which have been supported through funding provided by the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation.
