A Key to Your Heart

This special project of the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation has been a reliable fundraiser for the past three years!  These uniquely designed decorative cases have been chosen as a fundraiser for two reasons.  First, they make beautiful, thoughtful gifts.  Second, they promote awareness of the Foundation with the HPNF information card tucked inside and the logo tastefully stamped on the included gift box.

The heart-shaped metal cases come with three keys.  Like coupons made by many children for Mother’s Day, the keys are intended to be redeemable by the recipient.  Redeem the “C” key for a Chore, the “E” key for an Errand, and the “Heart” key stands for love.  The three special keys are neatly tucked inside the hearts. 

Key to Your Heart cases will be offered at Leadership Weekend, Clinical Practice Forum and Annual Assembly.  At this time, mail order is not available.
