Donor Circles indicate habitual and thoughtful giving by constituents to organizations.  HPNF Donor Circles provide committed donors the opportunity to demonstrate their heartfelt conviction through giving.  Donors express their belief in the need for building the hospice and palliative nursing profession.

Donor Circle members ensure HPNF program sustainability and allow future planning.

Participants to Donor Circles

• Make a pledge gift that is payable over three (3) years
• Provide ongoing, planned support to HPNF
• Receive special recognition each year pledge is active
• May customize payment schedule
• May renew when pledge is complete

Donor Circles funds are directed to the projects with the highest priority.

Builder's Circle       3-year pledge of $1,000.  Payments average $333/year.
Sustainer's Circle   3-year pledge of $5,000.  Payments average $1667/year.
